What is the Cheapest Fill Station I can put together for HPA Paintball Tanks?
I am looking for ways to fill 4500 and 3000 PSI HPA Tanks for Paintball Use. I thought about using a Scuba Tank with a adapter for filling. But I want something better. Either something I can use at home (Rental service with a big tank and have a regulator system for the two different outputs) or get a regulated fill station panel for a Scuba Tank fill station like used at a fire station (I have a hook up with a local Fire Station and Would love to be able to use their compressor)
All help will be appreciated and if you could post links to equipment or How to’s that would be great as well.
The only other way to fill tanks without using a scuba tank is to use a high output air compressor. One of those air compressors cost about $20000 on average. With scuba tanks it is best to use like 3 tanks so that you have them linked in sink and can have a constant high output pressure, with just one tank every time you fill a paintball tank the output pressure will drop a lil. That kind of system will normally cost anywhere from $1500 to $5000 depending on how good of a deal you can get on the scuba tanks.
