How & were do I see to get certified to hydrostatic test scuba tanks. In my own shop??
I want to start my own shop in hydrostatic testing of scuba tanks
Go to your local scuba shop and ask where they send their tanks for hydros. Call that place and ask about technician certifications. The techs do have to be certified in order to receive their inspector’s number that gets stamped on the tank inbetween the month and year of a hydro.
The equipment is really expensive as well. Good luck.
